Practice speaking Russian with instant AI feedback
Russian grammar is rich, and that’s exactly why speaking practice helps. Rules about cases and aspect only become automatic when you use them in your own sentences, again and again.
What to focus on when speaking Russian
Six cases
Nouns and adjectives change their endings: “Москва”, “в Москве”, “из Москвы”. Speaking shows which endings you still have to pause for.
Verb aspect
Most verbs come in pairs: “читать” for an ongoing action, “прочитать” for a completed one. Telling a story makes you choose constantly.
Verbs of motion
“Идти” or “ходить”, “ехать” or “ездить”: one direction or round trips, on foot or by vehicle. Describing a journey uses all of them.
